The School of Sports Education at OGF University develops skilled professionals in sports sciences, physical education, coaching, and fitness. By combining high-quality academic programs with practical training, the School empowers students to contribute to sports development, youth engagement, and community well-being in Somaliland.

Academic Programs

Undergraduate Program
–Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Education

Duration: 1.5 years (4 semesters)
Outcomes: Entry-level qualification for roles in teaching, coaching, community sports, and fitness.

Associate Degree Program
–Associate Degree in Sports Education

Duration: 1.5 years (4 semesters)
Outcomes: Entry-level qualification for roles in teaching, coaching, community sports, and fitness.

Certificate Programs

-Short-Term Professional Training

2 Months – Coaching Clinics (Football, Basketball, Athletics, Volleyball, etc.)
3 Months – Fitness & Gym Management | Sports Event Organization
6 Months – Sports Nutrition & Injury Prevention | Advanced Coaching & Sports Leadership

Certificates target aspiring coaches, trainers, fitness professionals, and community leaders.
